After beginning his career at PwC, Jay led business turnarounds across Asia before moving into London’s technology and venture sector. His previous roles include Head of Strategy for Rackspace Cloud across EMEA and APAC, and CFO and COO of Love Home Swap through to its exit in 2015.
Today, Jay leads Leela’s strategic direction, helping investment managers, financial institutions and regulated businesses navigate regulation and achieve sustainable commercial growth. His pragmatic approach and extensive industry network have made him a trusted adviser to founders, boards and senior executives.
